In 2000, the company reoriented its services towards the manufacturing sector maintaining the goal of assisting companies in their improvement efforts providing business consulting and process improvements. Since 2005, Direcsys is associated with international firms and has created world-class methodologies. Since 2010, efforts towards providing more global services for SME’s has been a focus for DirecSys Inc. which includes the addition of IQDirec.  The group focuses on providing various services to small, medium and large businesses.

Our operations are concentrated in Atlantic Canada with a fully bilingual team of experts that master advanced techniques in operational process optimization and business management.  Our team includes Project Management Professional [PMP®], Black Belt Six Sigma master trainers, Lean experts, Organizational strategists, Industrial engineers, Logistic analysts, ISO certified auditors, Professional Educator Master Trainers and Certified Management Accountants.
